HTPG needed a more effective way to bring product education, training, and brand engagement directly to contractors, distributors, and end users across the country. Traditional trade shows and facility visits limited the ability to reach customers where they work, while growing product portfolios and changing technologies created a greater need for hands-on learning experiences. The challenge was to develop a scalable solution that would expand market reach, strengthen customer relationships, and provide accessible product training in key markets nationwide.
Our team developed the HTPG Mobile Showroom—an immersive, traveling brand experience designed to bring refrigeration solutions directly to customers. We researched target regions and customer concentrations to strategically plan tour locations that would maximize visibility, engagement, and growth opportunities.
From concept to execution, we led the sizing, space planning, layout development, environmental graphics, vehicle branding, promotional materials, and customer experience design. The showroom was built to showcase products, support supplier partners, facilitate training sessions, and create meaningful face-to-face connections with contractors, wholesalers, and end users across the country.

The Mobile Showroom has become a powerful customer engagement platform, completing more than 70 stops across the United States and reaching over 1,600 refrigeration contractors and customers to date. The initiative has supported more than 20 supplier partners while creating valuable opportunities for product education, relationship building, and market expansion.
