What I did:

  • Mission & Values Clarification: Led a cross-functional workshop to distill HTPG’s purpose and value pillars into clear, investor-friendly language that reflects quality, reliability, and service.

  • Business Structure Mapping: Visualized organizational structure (leadership, commercial, operations, service) to highlight decision velocity and accountability.

  • Milestone Timeline: Captured key achievements (product releases, certifications, facilities, partnerships, customer wins) and defined next milestones to signal momentum.

02 — Market & Operational Excellence

Demonstrate how HTPG competes and wins—through disciplined markets focus, product quality, and efficient processes.

What I did:

  • Market Definition & Sizing: Framed core segments (e.g., commercial refrigeration/HVACR niches), ideal customer profiles, and growth vectors; translated into TAM/SAM/SOM for investors.

  • Competitive Positioning: Built a simple matrix showing where HTPG outperforms—quality, lead times, total lifecycle cost, serviceability.

  • Quality & Efficiency Story: Articulated the operational backbone—manufacturing standards, supplier quality, and continuous improvement (e.g., lean initiatives, OEE/first-pass yield improvements, lead-time reductions).

  • Unit Economics Snapshots: Connected process efficiency to margins and customer value (lower defects, faster delivery, less downtime).

03 — Customer Centric Impact

What I did:

  • Customer Experience Mapping: Outlined the journey from pre-sale engineering support to post-sale service; highlighted service SLAs, response times, and support channels.

  • Voice of Customer Integration: Translated feedback (NPS/CSAT, uptime improvements, install simplicity) into tangible benefits—reliability, total cost of ownership, and speed to resolution.

  • Case Evidence: Positioned proof points (pilot results, testimonials, retention, renewals) to make the impact real and measurable.

  • Forward Vision: Framed what’s next—roadmap themes, partnerships, and the scalable go-to-market engine.
